Note: Injection Molding Process Technology: Plastic powder is melted at 250°C and bonded onto galvanized steel plates.

Welded black cage mesh undergoes nine processing stages—pickling, water rinsing, pre-coating, galvanizing, cooling, passivation, finished product inspection, and maintenance—before being shipped to installation sites for assembly.

Galvanized cage mesh boasts a service life of up to 20 years without rusting. Examples include utility poles for outdoor use and highway guardrails, both utilizing the hot-dip galvanizing process.
