Injection Molding Technology

In 2024, the company introduced injection molding technology. Simply put, this involves adding an injection-molded layer to components that come into contact with chicken manure, while keeping the raw materials unchanged. Examples include: the main unit of the manure cleaner, manure-carrying rollers, manure deflector plates, and horizontal/diagonal components. Note: Injection Molding Process Technology: Plastic powder is melted at 250°C and bonded onto galvanized steel plates.

This technology effectively resolves equipment rusting and corrosion issues, ensuring stable operation.

Hot-Dip Galvanizing Process

In 2024, the company invested 30 million yuan to establish a new hot-dip galvanizing production line, which ranks among the most environmentally advanced and highly automated facilities in southern Henan Province.

 

Issues Addressed

Welded black cage mesh undergoes nine processing stages—pickling, water rinsing, pre-coating, galvanizing, cooling, passivation, finished product inspection, and maintenance—before being shipped to installation sites for assembly.

 

Benefits Achieved

Galvanized cage mesh boasts a service life of up to 20 years without rusting. Examples include utility poles for outdoor use and highway guardrails, both utilizing the hot-dip galvanizing process.

 

Advantages of the Feeder's Empty-Spot Non-Feeding

1. Reduces labor costs by eliminating manual waste caused by feeding into empty spots during routine operations.

2. Prevents poultry diseases resulting from uneven feed intake due to excessive material accumulation near empty spots in chicken coops.

3. Eliminates safety hazards, as many customers have suffered falls while climbing cages to manage excess feed.

4. Cost Savings and Revenue Increase. Statistics show that per empty cage (calculated as one cage unit), a four-row, four-tier laying hen cage system can save approximately 80,000–120,000 RMB in feed costs annually (0.11 kg × 128 kg × 2 kg × 4 = 114 kg). 365 days × 114 kg ≈ 41 tons × 2,500 RMB ≈ 100,000 RMB.

 

Achieving Adjustable Functionality for Manure Scrapers

1. The non-integrated sections of scrapers and rollers enable autonomous adjustment. Both primary and auxiliary rollers feature full rubber coating, ensuring tight contact with the manure belt to eliminate misalignment and slippage.

2. Enhanced design rationality ensures more thorough manure scraping.

 

Increasing Feeding Trough Height

The height of the feed trough has been increased from 14 cm to 16.5 cm, and the curved edges of the trough have also been adjusted.

Benefits: During feeding, feed is less likely to be flung out, preventing waste.
